A prime location offers easy access to attractions, making it convenient for sightseeing. The unique themed decor gives the hotel a character that makes it stand out.
The room felt cramped and lacked basic furniture like a second nightstand, leaving little space to move around. Stains were noticeable on the duvet and towels, and despite requests for clean linens, no one followed through. The room service issues were frustrating. Forgotten items left us scrambling for essentials. The bar options were limited as well, with both the main bar and whiskey bar closed earlier than expected during a busy evening. Breakfast seating was a challenge and the quality of the orange juice was disappointing, resembling something out of a cheap plastic container.

Couple looking for a lovely stay
The staff went above and beyond, we were greeted warmly and made to feel special when they provided us champagne to celebrate our engagement. The room was beautifully decorated, creating an intimate atmosphere that made our evening lovely.
It wasn't cheap, but it was still worth the experience.

Charming Stay with Room for Improvement
We enjoyed our stay in the King Room with a Courtyard View. The atmosphere was cozy, but I hoped for fresher amenities. The bar staff was friendly and accommodating. Make sure to request extra towels beforehand, as we faced some issues with laundry service. a pleasant stay!

The room was super cozy and clean, with a great shower that made my stay extra enjoyable. I loved relaxing in the spa and taking a dip in the pool after a long day out. The only hiccup was a slight delay in response about my room payment, but it didn’t dampen my overall experience. 😊

I recently enjoyed a cozy stay here, and the themed decor was just delightful! The cocktails at the bar were outstanding, each telling a unique story, and the breakfast was a lovely treat despite being a little limited. I loved how quirky and unique the hotel felt, though just be aware the online photos are being updated and the actual Koestler Suite looks a bit different now.

this hotel is super quirky and has lots of cool items around. the staff were very nice and made us feel welcome. the room we got was comfy and had a lovely view of the courtyard. the location is really good and close to everything. we even enjoyed the cocktails at the bar, they were fab!
only issues were that we felt like we should've gotten some more info at check-in about the amenities and breakfast, and the mattress could've used a protector.

The hotel offers a charming atmosphere with lovely decor and great location. Sadly, the rooms are somewhat compact, lacking adequate natural light and workspaces. While service was friendly, the breakfast experience felt disorganized. it's a nice spot, but improvements could enhance the stay.
